Shipping policy
We offer a variety of carrier options for shipping, including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and Fedex. Our preferred carriers (based on cost, reliability and ease-of-use) are UPS and Canada Post.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. Refused shipments will not be refunded.
We ONLY ship with tracking. If you've signed up for an account, your account history and tracking numbers are always available online when you log in.
Please note that we do not issue refunds on packages that are lost, stolen, or late delivery of packages. Unfortunately, we have no control after the package leaves our hands. We ask that you double check your address in the order, send packages to addresses that have a safe place for packages to be left, or contact us to make alternate arrangements.
