Sometime in the 1960s, a Nova Scotia dairy man came home from what locals called "Ice Cream University" with an idea that had absolutely no business working as well as it did. Three flavours that had never met before; banana, grape, and bubblegum. Swirled together in pastel yellow, purple, and blue, and somehow became the most beloved ice cream in Atlantic Canada.
